Trey is the founder of Prodigy Fitness. He has worked as a Trainer for 14 years. Trey started in the Fitness world as a member service counselor and then study to get more in-depth with Training. His passion for fitness began through sports and developed as a varsity athlete in basketball. His approach to fitness emphasizes multiple programs with a specific focus given to weight loss and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training.
