This is the world’s most popular barbell class. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, it gives you a total body workout! This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Boxing/Kickboxing classes are an all-over body workout. Kickboxing utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Boxing utilizes punches. Time spent on the heavy bags with punch/kick combinations, along with burnouts, will challenge your strength and cardio stamina. *Hybrid Boxing is a cross between Cardio Boxing (gloves on) & Cross Training (gloves off).
CrossTrain alternates strength training exercises with cardio activities to give you two workouts in one. Work smarter, not longer. Classes are designed to challenge you differently every class. Modifications are offered–all fitness levels welcome.
This 30 minute class is an intense core workout designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abs, glutes and back muscles. More than just an ab workout, CXWORX is scientifically proven to fire up the muscles of the core and enhance the body’s functional strength and fitness.
Based on the practices of hatha and vinyasa yoga, Fit Yoga blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. This class is delivered in a practical, user friendly style which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.
In this high-intensity interval training you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns fat in less time.

Great gym; clean, friendly people, lots of classes to choose from, offer martial arts classes by an excellent instructor, lots of equipment, brand new steam room, in-house daycare while you work out.

Wonderful place to workout and get fit! I have been to a ton of gyms and all the other places care about is getting your money. Not doing what needs to be done to have an actual nice gym to go to. The owners are the best I have seen. They listen to input from the members and do what is needed to keep them happy. Completely recommend Fazeek Fitness!!
