“My passion for fitness started in 2010 after losing my dad to a stroke and getting in the dark of depression I promised to myself that my health’s future would be different and I would win the battle of depression without medication dependency.
Exercise was what got me out of that and what keeps me energized, mentally health and multitasking.
I own multiple certifications in personal training and nutrition. As a doctor ( I am a doctor of Veterinary Medicine) I love to guide with consistency, science based and sustainability.
I am a novice CrossFit athlete and I am driven by goals and numbers and my mainly mission is to help women to be confident and live a better life, discovering their full potential.
